Dodo's Chicken is the best rotisserie chicken in Houston! I've been going to eat there since 1990! The food has never changed! The flavor is the same since the day they opened. They have added a couple of things to their menu, but you can count on the best rotisserie Chicken ever day and night. I used this restaurant for my business meetings, and to impress visiting friends and family. I often use their catering for private parties and business events. I've even brought several Latin music artists, and celebrities to eat there. I know the owner personally, and he is the best host ever. Their staff is always friendly and attentive. Casual dining, no big deal. Clean restrooms!

This is a hidden gem. Dodo's Chicken is literally THE BEST chicken / Colombian food in all of Houston. My family and I have been eating here for years and love it. We know the owner personally and can guarantee that the chicken is always fresh! This is a must-try if you are ever visiting Houston! We had them cater our wedding and everyone loved it! 10/10 recommend!

I've to Dodo's Chicken quite a bit of time over the years. Their chicken has consistently been tender to the bone AND flavored to the bone. Falling OFF the bone. I love the white cornbread and the red beans and rice as well. Very good. I don't know exactly how they get their chicken that way, but they should keep it up.

I've been coming here for close to a decade and the quality and price can't be beaten. Rumored to be marinated in Fanta soda, the rotisserie chicken is the main draw. I'm also a fan of the hushpuppies, veggie rice, and fried sweet plantains. The lunch special is 1/4 with 3 sides and a drink and will cost about $9.
